Fulfillment of Services
J.A.H. Financial Service & Real Estate provides professional accounting and financial services to clients, including tax preparation, IRS representation, bookkeeping, and business consulting. All services are provided on a pre-arranged basis, and work is typically completed before payment is requested. We offer a consultation fee for some services, these consultation fees and non-refundable after the consultation. A client can cancel a consultation at any time for any reason for a full refund of the consultation fee.

Refund Policy
Service fees for all accounting and financial services are non-refundable once services have been rendered, as our professionals perform the work prior to payment. However, if a client requests to cancel a tax return processing before the return has been submitted to the IRS, a full refund will be issued for that specific service. For IRS Audit services, these fees are non-refundable for Audit representation.

Delivery Policy

J.A.H. Financial Services does not deliver physical products. All services are provided electronically or in-office. Clients may receive their documents and completed services through our secure client portal or by email, depending on their preference. If a client requires a physical copy, they may pick it up directly from our office.

Shipping Policy

J.A.H. Financial Services is a service-based business and does not ship any items to clients. All documents and records are either made available electronically through our client portal or via email upon request. For physical copies, clients are welcome to visit our office to receive their documents directly.
